Support the needs of EV customers in Malaysia
DONGFENG Cars Malaysia through the exclusive distributor and importer Central Auto Distributors Bhd (CADB) continues to strengthen the capabilities of its sales and service team by organizing intensive technical training sessions.
This step aims to ensure that the appointed staff and representative distributors have the in-depth knowledge and skills necessary to support the needs of electric vehicle (EV) customers in Malaysia.
As the exclusive distributor of the Dongfeng brand in Malaysia, CADB, which is a subsidiary of the Malaysian Malay Vehicle Impt and Trader Association (PEKEMA) has established a strategic partnership with a famous automotive company from China to bring in EV models such as Dongfeng BOX.
Dongfeng BOX is a commercial electric vehicle designed to meet the logistics needs of the city, with a travel distance of up to 430 km using high-capacity battery.
This model is also equipped with advanced technology such as the Advanced Driver Assistance (ADAS) system, the latest safety features, and high power efficiency.
The technical training carried out emphasizes the understanding of technical aspects, implementation strategies, and controlling the unique characteristics of Dongfeng BOX.
With this exercise, Dongfeng Cars Malaysia ensures that every staff and representative distributor who is appointed is willing to provide efficient, professional services, and meet the high standards set by the EV industry.
According to the Director of CADB Operations, Datuk SM Zulkifli Bin SM Amin, said that the technical training is his commitment in strengthening the team to ensure that customers receive the best service.
